Exploration Drillin <br />Several exploration sites and drill holes were permitted by the Storm King <br />Corporation. The Division will need to inspect these sites to determine if <br />bond can be released. NCEC must submit information showing the status of <br />these drill holes, including methods of plugging. The numerous drill holes <br />placed for foundation studies of the refuse area should also be included in <br />this report. <br />VIII. Summary <br />The permit application, although needing revision for clarification, is valid <br />except for the fallowing issue. <br />The loadout as presented in the permit application is approved. However, if <br />implemented in this permit term would require a revision to the reclamation <br />plan fora disposal area for the rock ballest from the rail spur, A1s~, <br />according t~ the Division's calculations, NCEC would need to post additional <br />bond to cover reclamation of the rail spur. <br />/vjr ' <br />8053E <br />
