Exploration Drillin
Several exploration sites and drill holes were permitted by the Storm King
Corporation. The Division will need to inspect these sites to determine if
bond can be released. NCEC must submit information showing the status of
these drill holes, including methods of plugging. The numerous drill holes
placed for foundation studies of the refuse area should also be included in
this report.
VIII. Summary
The permit application, although needing revision for clarification, is valid
except for the fallowing issue.
The loadout as presented in the permit application is approved. However, if
implemented in this permit term would require a revision to the reclamation
plan fora disposal area for the rock ballest from the rail spur, A1s~,
according t~ the Division's calculations, NCEC would need to post additional
bond to cover reclamation of the rail spur.
/vjr '
8053E
