Mine. The <br />review was performed in fulfillment of Rules 2.08,3, 2,0 .2(9), 2.06.3(4) <br />2.06.5(3), 2.06.7(5) and 3.02.2(4). <br />The mid-term review process consisted of reviewing the permit application, <br />stipulation responses, revisions and any supplemental information. <br />This review has identified many areas of the permit application which need <br />revision and rewrites for clarification. However, in light of New Castle <br />Energy's (NCEC) current staffing situation, the Division feels these rewrites <br />can be postponed until the permit renewal date of October 9, 1988. This <br />document is to inform NCEC of the general deficiencies of the permit. NCEC <br />should arrange a meeting with the Division prior to permit renewal to discuss <br />these deficiencies.
