Please be advised that on August 6, 2001, Fremont County, whose address and telephone number are 615 Macon
Ave., Canon City, CO 81212; [phone], filed an application to convert M-1989-084, Oak Creek Gravel
Pit, a 110(c) Limited Impact Construction Materials Permit to a 112(c) Regular Constmction Materials Permit.
The mining anti reclamation operation is located at or near Section 23, Township 205, Range 71 W, 6th Prime
Meridian, in Fremorrt Cou~y. The application decision is scheduled for November 5, 2001.
A copy of the application is available for review at the Fremont County Clerk & Recorder's office and at the
office of the Division of Minerals and Geology, Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203.
