Long <br />Division Director <br />Please be advised that on May 16, 2002, Parkerson Construction Co, whose address and telephone number are <br />710 S. 15th St., Grand Junction, CO 81501; (970) 242-8134, filed an Amendmer application to M-1985-219, <br />32 Road Pit, which is located at or near Section 23, Township 1S, Range lE, Ute Prime Meridian, in Mesa <br />County. The application decision is scheduled for August 14, 2002. <br />A copy of the application is available for review at the Mesa County Clerk & Recorder's office and at the office <br />ofthe Division of Minerals and Geology, Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203. <br />If you desire to make comments or objections, they must be submitted within twenty (20) days of the date of the <br />newspaper public notice to be considered in the application review process by the Division. You should contact <br />the applicant for the newspaper publication date. If we do not receive your comments or any objection by the end <br />of the public comment period, the Office will assume you have no objection or comment to the proposed activity. <br />
