Box 459 <br />Florence, C:O 81226 <br />RE: Final Reclamation of Coal Loadoute located in the Santa Fe Railroad Yard et Trinidad, <br />Colorado, former Santa Fe Lease Numbtrs 169568 and 184915 <br />Dear Mr. Weaver: <br />pursuant to Energy Fuels Mining Company's (Energy Fttels) request for 11111 bond release with <br />the Colorndo Division of Minerals and Geology for the coal loadoute, the Atchison, Topeka and <br />Santa Fa Railway Company (Santa Fe) makes the requests and comments shown below. The <br />sites were inspected by Mr. Ralph Ponce of Santa Fe accompanied by Mr. Roy Hughes of <br />Energy Fuels on October 19, 1995_ <br />The complete zegraded configuration anti drainage of both loadouta will be acceptable to the <br />Santa Fe when the following is accomplished: <br />- Energy Puels will remove all sediment fences before final bond release. <br />- Remove and regrade entire berm at west end of the southern loadout, including <br />the "speed bump" in the mad. <br />- Remove and regrade entire helm located directly north of the end of the roll spur <br />is the southern loadout. <br />- With completion of the three (3) aforementioned items the bond may be released. <br />Energy I=ueis has no recponsibiltty for the materials, equipment sod structures ettlating at the <br />loadours. Included are rho logs stockpiled at the southern loadout, and rail stockpile and blue <br />vertical conveyor equipment at the northern Ioadout.
