Your most recent correspondence indicates that because of the limited <br />area in which the basin could currently be constructed, the settling basin <br />woulc initially have to be somewhat smaller than the 10Gx300x8 ft. structure <br />proposed by k'BSST, '.nc.'s January '. 9, 1999 letter, until operations can open <br />uD the site. Please co..^.sider deepenine the initial structure to contain the <br />adequate stc-age ca-vacity recomsmendeG in the 6'BEST, Inc. Tetter so that the <br />settling basin will function as required. <br />
