PART 2: PRODUCTS <br />2.01 MATERIALS: <br />A. The geomembrane shall be a polyethylene. The geomembrane shall be manufactured <br />of new, first-quality resin produced in the United States and shall be manufactured <br />specifically for this type of application. <br />B. The geomembrane sheet shall be comprised of a minimum ninety-six (961 percenx pure <br />polyethylene. The remaining portion shall be made up of materials necessary for the <br />performance of the liner (such as carbon black, anti-oxidants, etc.l The geomembrane <br />rolls shall meet the following SPECIFICATIONS: <br />The surface of the geomembrane shall not have striations, roughness lexcep[ <br />texture as specifiedl, pinholes, or bubbles and shall be free of holes, blisters, <br />undispersed raw materials, or any contamination by foreign matter. MANAGER <br />and CERTIFYING ENGINEER may request additional testing in order to support <br />such acceptance. All such testing shall be done at the sole expense of the <br />CONTRACTOR. <br />2.
