As conditions <br />for lease issuance, Western Fuels-Utah, Inc., (1) executed four copies of lease <br />COC 515x1, 421_submitted the first year's rental, and (3} submitted a payment for <br />advertising the coal sale. <br />A Personal Bond and Power of Attorney form was filed on September 23, 1991. The <br />bond is secured through a U.S. Treasury Note having a current value of S565,000. This <br />negotiable security matures on September 25, 1992. After the maturity date, the bond <br />will be held without further interest payments to the obligor. Anew replacement bond <br />must be accepted before the proceeds of the matured security can be transferred to the <br />obligor's bank. The S14 security transfer fee will be returned to you under separate <br />cover as we no longer collect that fee. The personal bond is accepted effective <br />October 1, 1991, the effective date of the lease. <br />All statutory and regulatory requirements now having been met, coal lease COC 51551 <br />is hereby issued to Western Fuels-Utah, Inc., effective October 1, 1991.
