The boreholes aze proposed to be drilled along the existing
All Terrain Vehicle (ATV) trail in Sylvester Gulch. The revision is necessary and prudent for
evaluating soils and predicting slope stabilities along the route. The USFS is the land managing agency
for the project and has responded with additional requirements that they would like to see conducted in
Sylvester Gulch. MCC is currently attempting to resolve the outstanding issues with the USFS.
Please notify me if you have questions regarding this request for extension of decision.
Sincerely,
Henry A.
