Enclosed are the Financial and Performance Warranties you <br />originally provided. These have been released as of the December 7, 1990 <br />Board approval for the succession of operators. As requested, Certificate No. <br />89043 in the amount of X75,000.00 has been retained as partial bond for this <br />operation on behalf of the new permittee. <br />Camp Bird Colorado, Inc. is now the permitted operator of the Camp Bird Mine, <br />and as such, is responsible for all provisions in Permit No. M-82-090, as well <br />as those specified in the Minerals Rules and Regulations. <br />If you have any questions, please contact me. <br />Sincerely, <br />Steven G.
