Gorham ~eCf$R12;ipr .. ,r 1313 Sherman Street Room 215 Denver, Colorado 80203 Re: The Rockcastle Company Request for Extension of the June 26,.-1990 Agreement Dear Mr. Gorham: Thank you for your letter of June 3, 1992 in which you summarize, the current status of implementation of the above referenced Agreement. In that letter you identified six issues which will. require resolution prior to commencement of earthwork at the site:: This letter responds to your request as follows: 1. Access issue: Rockcastle's consultant, ACZ, has contacted the manager for the current landowner (Mr. R.H. Peck, 506 Breeze Street, Craig, Colorado 81625 Phone: 824-6561) and has made arrangements to ensure access for your inspection activities as well the. conduct of the remainder of the reclamation work. Your contact fur access for inspection purposes should be Jerry Nettleton at ACZ (1-879-6260) during the course of the reclamation activities this season. Following termination of the agreement we would anticipate that you would make independent arrangements with the landowner for future site inspections or work. 2. Existing gullies: Rockcastle will repair existing gullies in excess of 12 inches during the course of reclamation work to be performed this season, 3, Outslope of Pond 5/6: Rockcastle will ensure that the outslope is constructed at a 2.5:1 slope in accordance with your conversation with Tom Leidich, ACZ, Inc. 4, Topsoil markers: Rockcastle will re-establish topsoil markers and/or stakes to avoid unnecessary disturbance during the course of
