Long <br />Dimsion Dueclor <br />Re: Southwestern Cement Enterprises, <br />Corporate Surety Bonds <br />Surety No. <br /> <br /> Permit No. <br />Dear Ms. Morrison: <br />Inc., Financial Warranty - <br />M-77-361, Silica Quarry <br />M-77-341, Parrish Quarry <br />M-77-208, Lyons Quarry <br />On March 7, 1996, the Division of Minerals and Geology received the <br />following Financial warranty - Corporate Surety Bonds. <br />St. Paul Fire & Marine Insurance Company Corporate Surety No. <br /> in the amount of $5,000.00, as replacement for <br />American Casualty Company of Reading, Pennsylvania Corporate <br />Surety No. <br />St. Paul Fire & Marine Insurance Company Corporate Surety No. <br /> in the amount of $28,000.00, as replacement for <br />American Casualty Company of Reading, Pennsylvania Corporate <br />Surety No. and, <br />St. Paul Fire 6 Marine Insurance Company Corporate Surety No. <br /> in the amount of $325,100.00, as replacement for <br />American Casualty Company of Reading, Pennsylvania Corporate <br />Surety No. <br />I have reviewed the new Corporate Surety financial warranties and <br />found each bond to be inadequate for the following reasons: <br />1.) Paae 6: The Corporate Seal for Southwestern Cement <br />Enterprises, Inc. must be affixed next to Kenneth D. Cohn's <br />signature. <br />2.) Paae 6: If Mr. Cohn is the representative for Southwestern <br />Cement Enterprises, Inc. please change company name from <br />Southdown, Inc. to Southwestern Cement Enterprises, Inc. in <br />the Notarization of Operator's Acknowledgement area. The <br />company name must be consistent throughout the surety. <br />
