St. Paul Fire & Marine Insurance Company Corporate Surety No. in the amount of $5,000.00, as replacement for American Casualty Company of Reading, Pennsylvania Corporate Surety No. St. Paul Fire & Marine Insurance Company Corporate Surety No. in the amount of $28,000.00, as replacement for American Casualty Company of Reading, Pennsylvania Corporate Surety No. and, St. Paul Fire 6 Marine Insurance Company Corporate Surety No. in the amount of $325,100.00, as replacement for American Casualty Company of Reading, Pennsylvania Corporate Surety No. I have reviewed the new Corporate Surety financial warranties and found each bond to be inadequate for the following reasons: 1.) Paae 6: The Corporate Seal for Southwestern Cement Enterprises, Inc. must be affixed next to Kenneth D. Cohn's signature. 2.) Paae 6: If Mr. Cohn is the representative for Southwestern Cement Enterprises, Inc. please change company name from Southdown, Inc. to Southwestern Cement Enterprises, Inc. in the Notarization of Operator's Acknowledgement area. The company name must be consistent throughout the surety.
