TLerefore, no exposure of ground water should be placed on the mine. TLe proposed operation will consume ground water by ~_ evaporation, _ dust control, ~ reclamation, ~ and water removed in the mined product. Prior to initiation of these uses of groundwater, the applicant will need [o obtain a gravel well permit. Prior [o obtaining a permit, an approved water supply plan or a decreed plan for augmentation will be required. TLe applicant has indicated plans to use other water for uses at the gravel pit or for storage in the gravel pit. TLe applicant will need to provide evidence to [his office that [he water is permitted or decreed for such uses. TLe proposed operation may have potential impact on existing water rights near the project location.
