SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED
<br />THIS DEED, made this ,~"~ day of November, 2000, between D & S MINING, INC.,
<br />of the County of Weld, State of Colorado, grantor and the CITY OF THORNTON, a Coloredo
<br />municipal corporation, of the County of Adams, State of Coloredo whose address is 9500 Civic
<br />Center Drive, Thornton, CO 80229, grentee:
<br />WITNE.SSETH, That the grantor, for and in consideration of the
<br />the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged,
<br />has granted, bargained, sold and conveyed, and by these presents, does grant, bargain, sell,
<br />convey and confirm, unto the g2ntee, and its successors and assigns, forever, all the real
<br />property, together with improvements, if any, situate, lying and being in the County of Weld,
<br />State of Colorado, described as follows:
