I <br />have highlighted in yellow the main portions of the Act and the Rules and <br />Regulations that describe the affected area of a mining operation. The <br />Reclamati~~n Permit obtained from the Division must clearly include all areas <br />that are affected by the mining operation in addition to the actual excavation <br />and how tnese areas will be reclaimed. <br />I am sorry it has taken so long to get this to you.
