Cottony <br />Division Director <br />The Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology renewed Mining Permit No. C-1981-035 for the King <br />Coal Mine on Febnrary l4, 2003, allowing coal mining and reclamation operations to continue under the <br />provisions of the Colorado Surface Coal Mining Reclamation Act of 1979. The pemut was issued to <br />National King Coal, LLC, P.O.
