Lafarge West, hrc. <br />is now the pemutted operator of the East Rigden Pit, and as such, is responsible for all provisions in Pemut No. <br />M-1979-097, as well as those specified in the Rules and Regulations. <br />Enclosed is the Performance Warranty you originally provided.
