Approval and Request for Financial and Performance Warranties, SO-Ol

On June 27, 2000 the Division of Minerals and Geology approved the Transfer of Permit and
Succession of Operator application submitted to the Division on May 16, 2000, addressing the
following:
Transfer of Permit No, M-1996-060 from Hall-Irwin Construction Co. to Hall-Irwin
Corporation.
On your application form you initialed Option A, which specifies that the Division would recalculate
the required bond prior to approval of the transfer. The estimated liability of the reclamation bond has
not changed from your previous bond. Please submit a financial warranty or a rider in the same
amount, and a new Performance Warranty within 60 days. The transfer of Permit No. M-1996-060
will not be final until the bond and Performance Warranty are approved by the Division.
