Box 841, Canon City, CO 81215-0841; (719) 275-1280, submitted a request for partial acreage <br />release for the Fremont Paving &Redi-Mix Pit, Permit No. M-1988-093. The construction materials extraction <br />operation is located at or near Section 17, Township 195, Range 69W, 6th Prime Meridian, in Fremont County. <br />Written comments or objections to the release may be submitted to, and additional information obtained from, the <br />Division of Minerals and Geology, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado 80203, (303) 866-3567. <br />Comments or objections should be submitted as soon as possible.
