The drain line will be approximately 60' long and <br />consist of a standard 3" drain line placed in a ditch lined <br />with plastic and back filled with washed rock (see cross <br />section A). This portion of the drain line will then connect <br />with a tight line that will allow the run off water from the <br />ore yard to go into the tailing pond where it will evaporate. <br />The map also shows that the elevation along the 300' line has <br />a 12' fall. This leaves an average grade of 4$ - more than <br />enough to drain the line. <br />It is our understanding that the remainder of TR-03 is <br />approved with the stipulations listed in your October 7 <br />letter.
