The permit allows Snowcap's Lessee, Brant Harrison, to install an <br />approved septic system on the lower portion of the Roadside South Mine location. <br />The following data are enclosed; <br />1. Revised page T3-9-2 (Table 3-9) <br />2. Revised Exhibit 6B <br />3. Individual Sewage Disposal System Permit issued by Mesa County Health <br />Department to Mr. Brant Harrison. <br />Only items 1 and 2 are to be incorporated into Snowcap's permit.
