• i <br />NOTICE <br />The Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Division Vias issued a proposed decision <br />approving two minor revisions under the provisions of the Colorado Surface <br />Coal Mining Reclamation Act of 1979. The minor revisions were submitted by <br />Snowmass Coal Company, P.O. Box 980, Carbondale, Colorado 81623, for their <br />coal loadout facility located in f,arfield County approximately two (2) <br />miles northwest of Carbondale, Colorado. The following is a legal description <br />of the loadout facility permit area: <br />T7S, R8811, 6th P.M. <br />Section 20: Lots 10,11,12,16 and <br />Section 29: Lots 2,3,4,6 and 7 <br />Minor Revision No. 1 is a proposal to temporarily stockpile ballast material <br />at the loadout for use in constructing a railroad loop. <br />Minor Revision No. 2 is a proposal to build a small temporary bridge over a <br />back channel of the Roaring Fork River. This bridge will give access to <br />a small island used as a foundation for constructing a coal conveyor system. <br />Copies of the proposed decision can be obtained from the Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Division, 423 Centennial Building, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, <br />Colorado 80203, (303) 866-3567. Any person wfio has an interest which is or <br />may be adversely affected may request a formal hearing nn the decision by the <br />Division. These requests must be made within 10 days of this publication, <br />shall be in writing, and state with reasonable specificity the reasons for <br />the request and objections to the proposed decision. <br />
