On October 15, 1986, I sent you a letter
stating that you must submit a notice of temporary cessation of mining for
this operation to comply with Rule 1.6 (and enclosed a copy of this Rule). To
date, our Division has received no response to this request. Please respond
to this letter with either a notice of Temporary Cessation (as per the
requirements outlined in Rule 1.6) or a letter stating why your operation
should not be considered to be in temporary cessation by no later than
December 24, 1986.
If I do not receive a response from you (as described above), I will plan to
schedule your operation for consideration of a possible violation by the (dined
Land Reclamation Board during the January 21-22, 1987 meeting. Official
notice of any such formal public hearing would be sent to you at least 20 days
before the scheduled hearing by certified mail.
I will expect to hear from you in this matter soon. Please call me if you
have any questions.
Sincerely,
mss. ~
Mark 5.
