The request was <br />deemed complete by this Division on November 24, 1997. The release request is for Phase II and III <br />bond release request. This request is for final release on 368 acres. The requested bond release amount <br />is $200,000.00. The post-mining land use is pasture land. The surface ownership is private, and the <br />coal mined was private. <br />Due to winter conditions and snow cover on the site, the Division will conduct the Bond release <br />inspection after snowmelt. The projected inspection date will be beyond 30 days of DMG determining <br />the application complete as allowed by Rule 3.03.2(2). We will contact you to advise you of the <br />Division's required bond release inspection of the site as soon as it has been scheduled.
