I really appreciate this.
The Division was able to review Colowyo's latest submittal and has the
following concerns:
Curve Numbers•
The Division has given a good deal of thought to the curve numbers to
be used at Colowyo and we feel the following numbers to be
representative of conditions during the early stages of reclamation
on H soils at Colowyo. The Division feels that these numbers
adequately take into consideration, among other things, the disking
and contour furrowing performed at Colowyo.
Land Condition
Newly topsoiled,
No vegetation
First Year Growth,
Herbaceous,
Fair Condition
Second Year Growth,
Herbaceous,
Good Condition
Land Use Cateaorv
Row Crops, Contoured,
More Pervious
Herbaceous,
Fair condition
Herbaceous,
Good Condition
Designated Curve Number
75
71 --> 63
62 --> 54
