Therefore, the Division requests that BRL begin substantive <br />reclamation operations in the spring or early summer of 2006 and complete these <br />operations within one year. <br />3) The Division requests that the scheduled time allocated for the remaining reclamation <br />activities shown in Figure 2.05-5 be shortened where feasible or provide an explanation <br />as to why the stated length of time allocated for these reclamation tasks is necessary. <br />In the submittal dated March 13, 2006, BRL did not shorten the length of time allocated <br />for any of the remaining reclamation tasks, nor did BRL explain why no adjustments were <br />made.
