According to 3.02.3 (2) (b) the existing bond must remain in full force and <br />effect for 10 years if the annual precipitation is less than 26 inches. The <br />Weston azea (southern Colorado) is recording precipitation of IS - 16 <br />inches, which is short the required amount of precipitation.
