In this respect, please find attached a <br />copy of correspondence with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service <br />which includes a copy of a check in the amount of 529.90 as full <br />payment to the Recovery Program fund for C-18-109, PR-O1. <br />Further, since this payment is not required by law or <br />regulation, and represents in this particular instance, a negative <br />cost effective expenditure of federal time and manpower, the <br />payment is made under protest and we encourage a review of this <br />procedure. <br />Please contact me if you have any questions regarding this <br />matter. <br />Sincerely, <br />J~es A.
