Long <br />Divisron Director <br />On Mazch 3l, 1999 the Division of Minerals and Geology approved the Technical Revision application <br />submitted [o the Division on December 16, 1998, addressing the following: <br />Leave the M&G Pit north wash pond "as is" rather than backfilling with inert material with final <br />reclaimed lake acreage of 83 acres. <br />The terms of the Technical Revision No. 4 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit <br />No. M-86-079.
