The Division wi[I estimate a cost to reclaim the site once the adequacy questions have been <br />addressed. <br />Rule 6.4.13 Exhibit M- Other Permits & Licenses <br />14. Attached, please find a letter from the Department of the Army, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers <br />regarding the conversion application. Please address accordingly. <br />Rule 6.4.19 Exhibit S- Structures within 200 feet <br />15. For CR3 and CRS the applicant has committed to maintaining a 200-foot mining off set distance until <br />an agreement is obtained from Routt County. Please revise the mine plan map to indicate the 200 <br />foot off-set distance from the toe of the stockpile to the County Roads in the event such agreements <br />are not secured. If and when agreements aze secured after the Division's decision on this application, <br />then the agreements must be submitted as a revision to the permit. <br />Please be advised that King Mountain Sand & Gravel Pit Conversion Application may be deemed <br />inadequate, and the application may be denied on February 21, 2005 unless the above-mentioned <br />adequacy review items aze addressed [o the satisfaction of the Division. If you feel more time is needed to <br />complete your reply, the Division can grant an extension to the decision date, This will be done upon <br />receipt of a written waiver of your right to a decision by February 21, 2005 and request for additional <br />time.
