The acceptance of the reclamation bond estimate in the amount of 5212,000.00 <br />was the last step necessary prior to staff being able to render a decision on AM-02 for the <br />Scott Expansion project. <br />Staff is pleased to inform Grea Lewicki and Associates and United /Old Castle that the <br />application for the Scott Expansion appears to meet all applicable Rules and is aaaroved. <br />Staff is required to remind all parties that no disturbance to the expansion area of any kind <br />may occur prior to the posting of the reclamation bond and all other permits are approved <br />and issued. <br />If you need additional information, please contact me at the Division of Minerals and <br />Geology, Grand Junction Field Office, 101 S. 3rd St., Suite 301, Grand Junction, Colorado <br />81501, telephone no. 970.241.1 1 17. <br />Sincerely, <br />G.
