Range 68 Wcst of the 6th P.M. <br />Section 3S $c 36 (Pan) <br />Weld County, Colorado <br />Dear Ms. Gonitna: <br />Kerr-McGee Rocky Mountain LLC, formerly Ken-McGee Rocky Mountain <br />Corporation, is the owner of valid oil and gas leases underlying all or part of Sections 35 <br />& 36, Township 3 North, Range 68 West, for which Siegrist Construction Company, is <br />seeking approval.
