Morrison~f„b'~ <br />RE: Bond Reduction Notifications <br />The notifications for the Deserado Mine bond reduction have been <br />issued. The public notice will appear in the Rangely Times on <br />September 19, 1991. <br />Attached please find a copy of the notification issued to the <br />National Utilities Cooperative Finance Corporation. The same <br />notice was also sent to the Rio Blanco State Bank (issuer of six <br />certificates of deposit totalling $70,541.00), as well as the First <br />American Bank of Washington, D.C. (issuer of a U.S. Treasury Note <br />in the amount of $2,400,000). <br />Also enclosed is a copy of the notification sent to the Rio Blanco <br />County Commissioners, and a list of additional recipients of this <br />notice, as per your request. <br />If you have any questions, or are in need of additional <br />information, please feel free to call me. <br />
