I have reviewed both the Bond and Increased Bond Rider. I find the following
items need to be addressed before we can accept this bond.
1) Please provide legal documentation authorizing Frank J. Wood, Vice President and Controller, to
sign on behalf of RAG Empire Corporation (i.e.: Board Resolution).
2) The obligee on the Bond Rider needs to be corrected to read "State of Colorado and US/OSMRE".
3) The current bond requirement for the Empire 5 & 9 Mines is $3,552,679.00. The Rider increases
the Traveler's Bond to only $3,551,497.00. Please submit another Rider increasing the bond an
additional $1,182.00, for a total of $3,552,679.00.
If you have any questions, please contact me at (303) 8663049.
Sincerely,
Debor~ah"'L~.M~ulloy
Program Assistant II
Enclosure
~~
cc: Rick Mills
Tom Kaldenbach, DMG
c: ~adm611EagIeS & 92. ~
