Your <br />amendment application has been scheduled for a decision by the <br />Division on August 22, 1994. <br />Before your application can be approved by the Division you will <br />need to address the following adequacy items in order tc satisfy <br />the applicable requirements of C.R.S. 34-32-101, et. seq. and the <br />Mineral Rules and Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board. Please provide a response to each iteal by July <br />20, 1994. <br />Adequacy Items <br />Exhibit B - Please provide a larger scale map that clearly <br />shows the entire permit boundary and the entire affected area <br />boundary. Please show Parcels A and B together. <br />Exhibit C - Pre-Mining Conditions - Clearly outline tYle permit <br />boundaries and the boundaries of the affected area. Please <br />clarify the location of the pre-mining and amended mining <br />limits. Please show the location of all overburden and <br />topsoil stockpiles. Please provide a clear outline of the <br />stated acreages on the map. <br />The pre-mining plan map must include the location of all <br />permanent and man-made structures within 200 feet of the <br />affected area boundary. This includes lakes, canals, scale <br />houses, oil wells, powerlines, homes, water wells, rivers, <br />etc. As indicated in C.R.S. 34-32-115(4)(d) of the Colorado <br />Mined Land Reclamation Act, the operator must either <br />demonstrate that the mining operation will not adversely <br />
