Pubiic Notice <br />CAM-Mining, LLC, P.O. Box 98, Loma, CO, 81524, has submitted a complete application for a <br />technical revision to the Division of Minerals and Geologyfor its McClave Canyon Mine, mining <br />permit No. C-80-004. The proposed revision addresses numerous adequacy issues raised by <br />the Division during its permit renewal review of the permit application package. The proposed <br />revision also includes an incidental permit boundary revision. <br />The McClave Canyon Mine is located approximately 19 miles north of Loma, CO along State <br />Highway 139. East Salt Creek is immediately west of the permit boundary. The incidental <br />permit boundary revision will add about 0.5 acres in Section 3. The new permit area is <br />encompassed within the following lands: <br />Township 7 South. Range 102 West, 6`^ P.M. <br />Section 3: Portions of lot 14 <br />Section 15: All <br />Section 16: E'h <br />Section 21: E'h, E'/~W'~, SW'/aNW'/4, NWT/aSW'/4 <br />Section 22: All <br />Section 27: N'h <br />Section 28: NW'iaNE+/., NE'/nNW~/a <br />The location of these sections is contained within the U.S. Geologigl Survey 7.5 minute Howard <br />Canyon and Garvey Canyon Quadrangle maps. <br />A copy of the technical revision application is available for public inspection at the Mesa <br />County Clerk and Recorder's office, 544 Rood, Grand Junction, CO. A copy of the approved <br />permit application document, as well as the technical revision appligtion, are available at <br />the Denver and Grand Junction offices of the Division of Minerals and Geology [Room 215, <br />1313 Sherman St., Denver, CO 80203, (303) 866-3567; and 101 South 3ro, Suite 301, Grand <br />Junction, CO 81501, (970) 242-5025]. Written comments regarding this application may <br />be submitted to and additional information may be obtained from the Denver office of <br />fhe Division of Minerals and Geology.
