The berm will <br />be constructed during the fire[ two yeere of quarry operation. Thle <br />berm will be located below the dl eturbed area and will be revegete tad <br />to improve the eeethetie quality of the view. Commencing in the thud <br />year, grass-legume seed logs would be planted without Srrlgatlon end ' <br />xould let [he natural vegetsti on eucceaefon Deco Topsoil hea been <br />etockpl led and will be used on the berm in a lay r from four to eLx <br />inches deep. <br />The quarry benches and feces will be constructed during the <br />first three yeere of operation.
