Q III IIIIII III IIII III <br />Public Notice <br />Pursuant to Title 34, Article 35, Paragraph 3, of the Colorado Revised Statutes, the Division of <br />Minerals and Geology.hereby issues notice that on October 11, 1994, a minor revision application <br />to a permit to conduct coal mining operations at the West Elk Mine, Permit No. C-80-007 (MR-143), <br />by Mountain Coal Company, P.O. Box 591, Somerset, CO 81434, was deemed complete for the <br />purposes of filing. The minor revision addresses the Rollins monitoring well.
