I presently own the adjacent <br />fee E seam of lots 2, 3 and 4 and SE/NW all in Section 2, T-13S <br />R 91 W with surface rights for mining and all of which fall <br />within the permit's given descriptions. <br />If such would be re2uired to protect my E seam coal <br />rights or other rights for future mining and marketing of the <br />coal, I would like to ask the right for an administrative re- <br />view, should such be necessary for my concerns. <br />Sincerely, <br />~~.D ~f!GtG~., <br />Gifford H.
