<br />6.4.19 EXHIBIT S -Permanent Man-Made Structures <br />8. The applicant has Listed a variety of significant, valuable or permanent man-made strictures located <br />within two hundred (200) feet of the affected land proposed under the terms of Amendment No. 3. The <br />applicant has committed to not mine within 200 feet of any such structure unless a release agreement is <br />reached with the operator and the owner of the structure. The applicant has also committed to no <br />disturbance of man-made structures until agreements are reached between the owners and the operator for <br />their relcKation. Proposed relocations include oil and gas pipelines in the Longmont and Bigelow <br />properties and the latecal to the Coffin-Davis Ditch mnning through the Bigelow property. In conformance <br />with Rule 6.4.19, the Division requests the applicant provide any such release and/or relocation agreements <br />currentl~~ available. Also, the Division requests that the applicant provide such release and/or relocation <br />agreements as they become available and incorporate such agreements into the mining & reclamation <br />permit. 'T'his can be accomplished via a technical revision to the permit. Please respond. <br />Once ag~cin, I will look forward to your response on or before December 20, 2000. Rule 1.8.1 states that <br />changes ;tnd additions to the permit application must be filed with the Division and the County Clerk and <br />Recorder.
