Mr. Gorham; ~ <br />Re: Construction of Bent Revetment and Influent Structure Building. <br />Revised Bond Calculation, Minor Revision 93-93: Permit C-82-056. <br />Foidel Creek Mine <br />Enclosed, please find the revised bond calculation page for the <br />referenced revision submittal. Please discard previously submitted <br />bonding page 2.05-54(f)(36) and substitute enclosed page 2.05- <br />54(f)(36). <br />Subsequent to our discussion of Tuesday and my follow-up discussion <br />with Ms. Johnston of the Division, TCC has included a bond value <br />for concrete removal in addition to the revised disposal cost. Per <br />our discussion, TCC still feels that the concrete footers and piers <br />could be pushed as whole units to the base of the highwall for <br />burial during final reclamation, and should not require any <br />additional bonding for removal. The remaining bond calculation <br />items noted in our previous discussion have been modified, and are <br />reflected in the revised bonding calculation. <br />Total bond amount associated with the revised calculation is <br />$10,500.00, which leaves TCC with a bond excess of $18,190.00. <br />Kent, T appreciate. your assistance on this.
