MINOR REVISION TO THE BOURG MINE PERMIT <br />July 22, 1998 <br />2.084(4) Minor revision application requirements. <br />a) Identification of the permit which is the subject of the <br />revision. <br />Bourg Mine Permit, C-81-021 <br />b) Specific description of the requested change. <br />Flatiron Companies hereby requests a change to its <br />permit, Section 2.05.4(2)(a), to accommodate the <br />property owner's desire to have the following <br />structures left on the property after reclamation <br />has been completed: <br />1) Domestic well <br />2) Septic system <br />3) Perimeter fence <br />4) Gravel yard <br />5) Concrete building pad <br />6) Perimeter road <br />7) Road constructed by Landowners in 1997 <br />c) Specific description of any changes which may have an <br />effect on performance bond requirements. <br />Not applicable. <br />d) Such other information as may be necessary for the <br />Division to determine if the proposed revision will <br />comply with the Act. <br />See attached letter. <br />~- ~ ~a~ <br />
