Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Division of Minerals and Geology (DMG) has reviewed the modified plans for the Storke Water <br />Return System. The modified plans incorporate a surge tank in place of the previously approved surge <br />line. By this letter, and in accordance with Rule 7.3 of the Hazd Rock/Metal Mining Rules of the <br />Mined Land Reclamation Board, DMG hereby approves the revised design drawings. Upon <br />completion, please provide a certification by a professional engineer or other qualified person <br />confirming that the facility was constructed in accordance with the approved design plan.
