Box 187 <br />Craig, Colorado 81626 <br />Re: Permit Renewal, Trapper Mine, File No. C-81-010 <br />Dear Mr. Humphries: <br />According to our records, the mining permit for the Trapper Mine expires <br />December 31, 1987. <br />As required by Rule 2.08.5 of C.R.S. 34-33-101 et seq., applications for <br />permit renewal shall be filed with the Division at least 180 days before the <br />expiration of the existing permit, and the mine operator shall be notified by <br />the Division of the need to renewal a permit at least 90 days prior to the <br />permit renewal filing deadline. <br />This letter is to notify you of the need to renew the Trapper Mine permit. <br />Based on the expiration date of the current permit, your application for <br />permit renewal should be received by this office by June 29, 1987. <br />For your convenience, I have enclosed a copy of the application form for <br />permit renewal. The Division will review the current permit and produce <br />adequacy comments similar to the mid-term review process.
