Part I of the request for a Technical Revision is revised as follows:
I. Description of Demolition Debris: The debris will consist primarily of hardened concrete from concrete silos and
concrete buildings and structures. Steel structures will be removed and sold for scrap. Rebar in the concrete will not
be completely removed, and will constitute some of the debris to be land filled. Debris will also include some gravel,
soil, earth, masonry, asphalt paving fragments and other inert solids.
Debris will also include some old machinery and pads that are too large jor scrap dealers. This machinery will not
contain any oi(or grease and be in shapes that will not create voids when covered and compacted with overburden
fill.
Any wood [hat is encountered in the demolition process will be hand separated from the material to be land filed and
shipped via commercial trash haulers to [he local Larimer County sanitary landfill and or other suitable commercial
disposal sites. Material being loaded for transport [o [he disposal site will be observed by supervisory personnel of
both the contractor and Holcim to insure no wood or other non inert material is incorporated in the 611.
Yours ere
Gocdon Benton
Project Manager
Enclosures
RLS
cc: W.
