This enclosure includes: <br />(1) a letter discussing slope stability analysis results, and describing the test pit at the base of the <br />sediment pond and alternate construction method and (2) slope stability analysis for Section 27 <br />which is on the portion of the haul road going to Elk Creek from the water tank. The revised <br />drawings previously submitted do not require any revisions. This information is to be inserted in <br />Appendix L. <br />Thank you for your consideration in this matter.
