The Board continued the hearing to its May 25-26,1994, <br />meeting to allow the parties to resolve the details of the set- <br />tlement agreement. In addition, Yampa Coal and the Board have <br />requested a further stay of the proceedings in the judicial <br />review case until June 3, 1994. <br />As a matter of formality, this letter is to inform you that a <br />hearing has been set before the Mined Land Reclamation Board for <br />consideration of possible settlement of the Colorado Yampa Coal <br />Company matter at the Board's May 25-26, 1994, meeting. The <br />hearing will be held at 1313 Sherman Street, Room 318 (Centennial <br />Building), Denver, CO, 80203, beginning at 9:00 a.m. on both <br />days.
