Southway: <br />On April 2, 1998, the Division of Minerals and Geology approved the succession of operators from <br />Southw~ly Construction Company, Inc. to Western Mobile Southern, Inc. for the Fillmore Pit, Permit <br />No. M-90-144. Western Mobile Southern, Inc. is now the permitted operator of the Fillmore Pit, and as <br />such, is responsible for all provisions in Permit No. M-90-144, as well as chose specified in the Rules and <br />Regulations. <br />EncloselJ is Safeco Insurance Company of America Corporate Surety Bond No. 5735081, in the amount <br />of $77,447.00, and the Performance Wazranty you originally provided. These have been released as of the <br />Apri12, 1998 Division approval for the succession of operators.
