This area measures 15' X 15'
totalling 225 square feet or 0.00516 additional acres.
We request that permit #M-83-141 be officially changed to
allow COM, Inc. and its affiliates to process ore that is owned
by them, as long as that ore meets with the guidelines in the
permit. COM, Inc, would only run gold-silver tellurides, and
various combinations of gold-silver sulfides called for on page
nine of the permit.
The parties request a permanent change to the permit to
allow COM, Inc. to utilize dolomite and/or monzonite to insure a
neutral pH balance. This balance is necessary in order to
recycle mill water in the manner selected by COM, Inc. This
request was originally submitted in writing to the Division
January 23, 1992.
Gold Hill Ventures has executed this letter to evidence its
consent to changes sought by COM, Inc. The parties have agreed
to allocate their responsibilities for operations and permit
compliance, as between them, in that certain Milling Contract
dated February 13, 1991. The parties have further agreed that
6\s tern\fei rn#
