Legal description of area requested: <br />The lands requested for release lay within the following legal descriptions: <br />Section 19, T4N, R85W 6`" PM, Routt County Colorado east of the ridge crest <br />which defines the Oak Creek drainage. The western edge of this azea ties to the <br />eastern edge of the Upper Shop Facilities azea for which final bond release was <br />obtained in 1999. <br />14. Dates reclamation work performed: <br />This azea had the A-belt, B-belt, C-belt conveyors, lower tipple facility and grizzly <br />pad removed and graded in 1996. In addition, the facilities pond and powder <br />magazine were backfilled and graded and the conveyor corridor was reseeded that <br />same year. Minor rill and gully repair in the conveyor corridor azea occurred in 1998 <br />and 1999. The hillslope, including the Goat Trail, and the lower tipple facility were <br />changed to the alternate post-mining land use of commercia]/industrial in 1998 <br />under Technical Revision 37. <br />
